By using Hyper ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Hyper is a meeting recorder that transcribes, summarizes, and helps you recall conversations using AI. You must be at least 17 years old to use it.
You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure. One person per account.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording consent and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction.
You own your recordings, transcripts, and summaries. By using Hyper, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Hyper offers a free tier with limited recording time and a paid subscription ("Hyper Believer") for unlimited use. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. You can cancel anytime in your device's Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
We aim to keep Hyper running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyper and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Hyper after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.
